	Amol Vaidya Amol started off in the field of computing in the year 1988. He was selected on merit in a Diploma in Computer Studies, validated by the University of Cambridge, and was given the opportunity to work as a Jr. Instructor at Informatics Computer Institute. That’s when he realized his skills as an instructor and went on to become a full time trainer at the same place. After working there from 1991 to 1997 he moved on to join Synergetics, a company focused on providing developer based training. At Synergetics, he was initially conducting training programs for corporate customers on Windows NT 3.51 and 4.0, VB 6.0 / IIS / HTML / ASP / COM concepts / MTS and XML and he later moved ahead to the .NET platform where he started concentrating on developing and training on Windows Forms, ASP.NET, Web Services, Enterprise Services components, Office 11 VSTO and Compact Framework with VB.NET and C# skills. He also moved into the direction of Microsoft Server products such as Site Server 3.0 CE, Microsoft Application Center Server 2000, Microsoft BizTalk Server 2000, 2002 and 2004, SharePoint Portal Server 2001 and 2003 and Windows Server 2003. He was elevated to the role of a First Lead and then to Training Specialist. At the time of leaving Synergetics, in 2005, Amol was designated as Manager, Research and Innovation. Today Amol works as a freelance trainer and concentrates on conducting training programs and providing solutions on Microsoft products NET Framework 3.0, Microsoft SQL Server 2005, Microsoft BizTalk Server 2006 and MOSS 2007. Apart from that he has been speaking at Microsoft Communizes in Mumbai and Pune.
	Dhaval Faria Dhaval Faria is Founder and Managing Director for Hirdhav Software Pvt. Ltd., Prior to working in his company, he worked as a freelancer. He has been a Microsoft MVP for 4 years He started his career with HTML and Visual Basic, and then he never stopped exploring more languages like x86 Assembly, BASIC, Java, .NET, etc… He has been in software industry for more than 7yrs as a non-professional and professional. He has executed projects in various languages like VB, Java, .NET, x86 Assembly, COBOL, LISP, JSP, Perl, PHP, CGI-BIN, C/C++, Foxpro, etc… and platforms like DOS, Windows, Linux, Third party Platforms. His main interest involves doing research and development on various new technologies, and exploring all Microsoft technologies which includes DirectX, GDI+, SAPI, TAPI, XNA, and many more… apart from programming field he also has interest in robotics, electronics, science, history, and many more things

	Kalpesh Parmar Kalpesh Parmar (Vic) is a Technical Evangelist at Infragistics, the world leader in user interface development tools and experts in the user experience (UX) market. A well-known speaker in India, Vic has expertise in various technologies including ASP.NET, Silverlight, Windows 7 and Windows Mobile. Vic has even spoken on the subject of Ethical Hacking. Not only is Vic passionate about Microsoft technologies, he is also a self-proclaimed Gadget enthusiast and enjoys sharing knowledge by speaking at trade shows, user groups and universities. Vic is a seasoned player over 15 years of industry experience and has been in multiple technologies from Java to .Net. He has been awarded the Microsoft MVP (Microsoft Most Valuable Professional) for his work in ASP.NET which includes managing the Bangalore .Net Community. In his free time, Vic enjoys photography, is a member in many photography groups, he is a Naturalist and loves to travel long distances .
	Mayur Tendulkar Mayur is a Pune User Group Team Member since its inception and a Microsoft Student Partner Lead. He is passionate about technology and swears by his gadgets like Windows Mobile phones, ZUNE and XBOX 360. He is interested in Mobile and Embedded Device application development and in love with Visual Basic .NET. He also volunteers and works with Channel 8 and produces content for it. He has done many sessions during PUG Community Day, MUG Community Meetings and Heroes Happen Here Launch on Windows Mobile Development, Visual Studio, .NET Framework 3.5, SQL Server etc... When he is not doing his coding and studying, you can find him roaming around Pune City, listening songs on his ZUNE, having tea/coffee at Tilak on Tilak Road and chatting/scrapping with his friends.
	Nauzad Kapadia Nauzad Kapadia is the founder of Quartz Systems, a company based out of Mumbai that does corporate trainings and offers consultancy services for the Microsoft platform and range of products. Since Oct. 2002, for 6 years running, Microsoft has conferred on him the MVP (Most Valuable Professional) status in recognition of superior technical contribution to the user community in general. He was instrumental in the formation of the INETA (International .NET Association) Academic Committee which was responsible for spreading .NET awareness and assisting various educational institutions in coming to grips with new technology. Since Oct. 2003, Nauzad has been a regular speaker at major Microsoft events like MSDN, DevDays, TechEd, Devcon and Innovation Days to name a few. He has also been working as a SME (Subject Matter Expert) and has authored content on ADO.NET 3.5, Web services, SQL Server 2005/2008, Windows Workflow Foundation and C# 2.0.Nauzad has a total of 12 years of experience in the IT Industry and has worked on almost all technologies right from COBOL and Dbase to .NET. However lately he has become passionate about BizTalk, SQL Server and SharPoint and devotes most of his time and efforts towards these technologies. Apart from computers, he relishes National Geographic, bikes, rock music, beer, pizzas and anything else that comes in the category of “fun and entertainment”
	Raj Chaudhuri Raj is an experienced senior-level IT trainer and consultant with an extensive and in-depth background in Microsoft developer-oriented topics, including .NET Framework technology, SharePoint Products and Technologies and Microsoft Business Intelligence technologies such as SQL Server Analysis Services. He has been an independent consultant since 2004, prior to which he worked with Microsoft in various roles. He is a frequent speaker, blogger and a VB.NET enthusiast.
	Rahul Rajadhyaksha Rahul Rajadhyaksha is a Consultant and Proprietor of Rahul Training and Consultancy Services. Prior, worked as an Assistant Manager at Synergetics a company focused on providing developer based training. At Synergetics, I was initially conducting training programs for corporate customers on C/C++ COM and ATL COM, MTS and XML and I later moved ahead to the .NET platform where I started concentrating on developing and training on Windows Forms, ASP.NET, Web Services, Enterprise Services components, Design Patterns with VB.NET and C# skills.. I have been a Microsoft Certified Professional in C++ using MFC Libraries . I have been in software industry for more than 9 yrs as a professional. I have imparted training in various languages like COM, ATL, MFC, Windows Programming, C/C++, .NET, VB etc… Apart from this I also have interest in science, geography, playing chess watching Science-Fiction Movies and visiting all the restaurants in all the cities where you will get yummy and tasty food.
	Sarang Datye Sarang is a Consultant with Microsoft Global Services, India. He has over 9 years of experience in the IT industry and has had an opportunity to design and develop software in finance, real estate and health-care domains. He is a graduate from Symbiosis College of Arts and Commerce Pune with a GNIIT certification from NIIT. He has been addicted to programming since the FoxPro for DOS days. He has been a strong supporter of Visual Basic language and was a Microsoft MVP for Visual Basic for 3 consecutive years before joining Microsoft India. His strengths are core .Net Framework, Windows Communication Foundation and Windows Workflow Foundation. He has made active contributions to the Microsoft developer community (professionals and academic) across the country and has also been a contributor to Microsoft Academia team’s effort including .NET in the Pune University’s computer science curriculum. He has been a frequent speaker in Microsoft’s Developer events like TechEd and Virtual TechDays. He manages the Pune .NET User group (www.puneusergroup.org) under the INETA (International .NET Association) banner which is also supported by Microsoft. As an MVP, he has often had an opportunity to speak on latest and the greatest Microsoft technologies in top-notch engineering colleges and has also frequented these institutes as a guest lecturer. 	Sanjay Vyas Sanjay is an IT professional with 25 years of experience and has worked with a wide variety of technology at various engagement levels. He has innovated and perfected effective visual communication called Concept Visuals which makes complex technical communication easy to grasp and has longer retention. Sanjay has been at the forefront of technology and spearheading new technology adoption with customer around the globe. Sanjay has been speaking at various Microsoft events like TechED, DevDays, PDC since 1996 and is a well known speaker at these events.
	Saranya Sriram Saranya works as a Developer Evangelist in Microsoft India focusing on Microsoft’s latest cloud services technology. Inherently interested in Microsoft technologies and developer tools, she has spent considerable time in other Microsoft business units in India and Redmond. She is a graduate from BITS Pilani in Computer Science and Masters in Physics. She is passionate about technology, community meetups, presentations , demos and 2 way dialogues. Through upcoming TechEd, she seeks to reach out to the developer community audiences to make aware & impact of the latest tools & technology both in .NET fundamentals, middle tier & cloud technology
	Subodh Sohoni Subodh Sohoni is MVP – Team System, MCT and MCTS – TFS Configuration and Development. He has experience of working in various phases of software development process like software architecting, development, deployment and network administration. Subodh has conducted trainings and executed consulting assignments on Team System since 2006 for Microsoft India and Microsoft APAC in India, Malaysia, Australia, New Zealand and Singapore. He specializes in customization and extension of TFS and conducted trainings on those in organizations like CTS, TCS, Infosys and many more. He has written articles and documented many of the features of Team System which are published on http://www.dotnetcurry.com. Subodh is approved by Microsoft to do the ALM Assessment and calculate ROI of VSTS implementation, on behalf of Microsoft and has executed ALM Assessment in various organizations like CTS - Chennai and Zensar. He works as Vice President in SEED Infotech Ltd.
	Vikram Rajkondawar Vikram Rajkondawar works as an Architect Advisor with Microsoft’s Developer and Platform Evangelism team. Vikram has more than 13+ years of professional experience and has worked with multiple customers during his tenure. In the past he has spent a lot of time in evangelizing the latest of Microsoft technologies with customers and developers and has ensured adoption of the same.
	Vikram Pendse Vikram is working as a ‘Programmer Analyst’ on Microsoft Technologies in Pune. He started his professional career in 2005, after completing his Masters in Computer Management and Graduation in Electronics. He is also a Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist for .NET 2.0 Web Applications. He is actively involved, both in organizing and as a speaker with - Pune User Group (PUG) and PuneITPro as Asst. Manager, supported by Microsoft and INETA. Web Technologies is his core area of work, especially ASP.NET, AJAX and Silverlight. He has worked on many third-party web controls like DevXpress and Telerik. He has executed large scale Web applications for healthcare which includes product development and things like implementation of HL7 standards. When he is away from his Computer, he watches TV and movies, biking and hanging around with friends. He loves to play with new technologies and gadgets.
