Amol Vaidya Amol started off in the field of computing in the year 1988. He was selected on merit in a Diploma in Computer Studies, validated by the University of Cambridge, and was given the opportunity to work as a Jr. Instructor at Informatics Computer Institute. That’s when he realized his skills as an instructor and went on to become a full time trainer at the same place. After working there from 1991 to 1997 he moved on to join Synergetics, a company focused on providing developer based training. At Synergetics, he was initially conducting training programs for corporate customers on Windows NT 3.51 and 4.0, VB 6.0 / IIS / HTML / ASP / COM concepts / MTS and XML and he later moved ahead to the .NET platform where he started concentrating on developing and training on Windows Forms, ASP.NET, Web Services, Enterprise Services components, Office 11 VSTO and Compact Framework with VB.NET and C# skills. He also moved into the direction of Microsoft Server products such as Site Server 3.0 CE, Microsoft Application Center Server 2000, Microsoft BizTalk Server 2000, 2002 and 2004, SharePoint Portal Server 2001 and 2003 and Windows Server 2003. He was elevated to the role of a First Lead and then to Training Specialist. At the time of leaving Synergetics, in 2005, Amol was designated as Manager, Research and Innovation. Today Amol works as a freelance trainer and concentrates on conducting training programs and providing solutions on Microsoft products NET Framework 3.0, Microsoft SQL Server 2005, Microsoft BizTalk Server 2006 and MOSS 2007. Apart from that he has been speaking at Microsoft Communizes in Mumbai and Pune. |

Dhaval Faria Dhaval Faria is Founder and Managing Director for Hirdhav Software Pvt. Ltd., Prior to working in his company, he worked as a freelancer. Mayur Tendulkar Mayur is a Pune User Group Team Member since its inception and a Microsoft Student Partner Lead. He is passionate about technology and swears by his gadgets like Windows Mobile phones, ZUNE and XBOX 360. He is interested in Mobile and Embedded Device application development and in love with Visual Basic .NET. He also volunteers and works with Channel 8 and produces content for it. Nauzad Kapadia Nauzad Kapadia is the founder of Quartz Systems, a company based out of Mumbai that does corporate trainings and offers consultancy services for the Microsoft platform and range of products. Since Oct. 2002, for 6 years running, Microsoft has conferred on him the MVP (Most Valuable Professional) status in recognition of superior technical contribution to the user community in general. Sarang Datye Sarang is a Consultant with Microsoft Global Services, India. He has over 9 years of experience in the IT industry and has had an opportunity to design and develop software in finance, real estate and health-care domains. He is a graduate from Symbiosis College of Arts and Commerce Pune with a GNIIT certification from NIIT. He has been addicted to programming since the FoxPro for DOS days. He has been a strong supporter of Visual Basic language and was a Microsoft MVP for Visual Basic for 3 consecutive years before joining Microsoft India. His strengths are core .Net Framework, Windows Communication Foundation and Windows Workflow Foundation. Subodh Sohoni Subodh Sohoni is MVP – Team System, MCT and MCTS – TFS Configuration and Development.
